1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jitaein ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jitaein website or services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jitaein and close any account you may hold.

These Terms apply to all users of jitaein including visitors, registered players, and any other person who interacts with our platform in any capacity. They govern all activities carried out on jitaein including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals in BDT, casino gameplay, sports betting, participation in promotions and tournaments, and use of customer support services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jitaein. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on jitaein, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

jitaein reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Where material changes are made, jitaein will make reasonable efforts to communicate those changes through the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of jitaein following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of jitaein is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jitaein is an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on jitaein under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing jitaein from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of jitaein complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a current employee or contractor of jitaein or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list and must not be in a period of voluntary self-exclusion from gambling. If you have previously self-excluded from jitaein, you must not attempt to re-register during the self-exclusion period.

jitaein takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling extremely seriously. We apply age verification checks during the registration process and conduct ongoing monitoring of accounts. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds held in such an account will be forfeited, including any deposits made and any winnings accumulated, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required.

3. Account Registration

In order to use the full services available on jitaein — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on jitaein at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Information Required at Registration

During the registration process, you will be required to provide the following information accurately and truthfully:

• Full legal name (matching your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth (you must be 18 or older)
• Valid email address and/or mobile phone number
• Preferred currency (BDT — Bangladeshi Taka)
• A secure password of your choosing

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. jitaein reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information you provide at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, driving licence, or proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jitaein login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account. jitaein will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team at support@jitaein immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jitaein processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). We support a range of payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh to ensure that players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh can fund their accounts and withdraw winnings with ease.

Accepted Deposit Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on jitaein:

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees will be displayed at the time of transaction. jitaein does not charge its own fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jitaein accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your jitaein account, subject to the specific method's withdrawal capability. Before processing any withdrawal, jitaein may require you to complete full identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified at the time of request, which varies depending on the payment method selected. jitaein reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Currency and Exchange

All balances, bets, and transactions on jitaein are denominated in BDT (৳). jitaein does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is received in a currency other than BDT, jitaein will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and any resulting exchange costs will be borne by the player.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

jitaein offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins on selected slots, reload bonuses, cricket betting enhanced odds, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion in question, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period specified. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses apply to real-money deposit amounts only and are not awarded on bets placed with bonus funds to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are personal to the individual account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.
• jitaein reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including offers that are found to have been published in error.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

jitaein monitors all accounts for patterns of behaviour consistent with bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to placing bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine interest in gameplay, exploiting mathematical loopholes in bonus structures, or coordinating with other accounts to cycle bonus funds. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All casino games available on jitaein — including slots, live casino titles, crash games, table games, and specialty games — are provided by independent third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

RNG and Game Integrity

All non-live casino games on jitaein use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studios and independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG games are entirely random and cannot be influenced by jitaein, the game studio, or any third party. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term return over millions of spins or game rounds and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on jitaein — including cricket betting markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments — are subject to the sports betting rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked for that wager. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, jitaein will apply its standard settlement rules as communicated in the sports betting terms, which may result in void bets being returned as a stake refund to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jitaein. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during account verification
• Registering more than one account or using the account of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with jitaein outside of normal human gameplay
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial or competitive advantage
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or using jitaein transactions to conceal the origin of funds
• Reverse transactions, chargebacks, or payment disputes filed without first contacting jitaein support to resolve the issue through legitimate channels
• Harassment, threatening language, or abusive behaviour directed at jitaein staff or other players via any communication channel
• Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions, including registering a new account during a self-exclusion period
• Accessing jitaein via VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology in order to circumvent geographic restrictions

jitaein operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to fraud and money laundering. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally where required. All suspicious financial activity is reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

jitaein reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Receipt of a legally binding instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jitaein account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jitaein. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal verification steps. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure rather than a standard account closure, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature instead. Self-exclusion allows you to block access to your jitaein account for a defined period (from 24 hours to permanent). Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). jitaein may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts where a balance exists, as detailed in the fee schedule communicated to the player at the time of account dormancy notification. jitaein will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of jitaein should be directed in the first instance to our customer support team at support@jitaein. jitaein is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, alternative dispute resolution options may be available to you as communicated by our support team.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. jitaein's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jitaein with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
